ready to leave... i'll miss you!

i went to school to say goodbye on friday, that was really cool and sweet! friday evening my dad's friends, saturday in the afternoon really cool surprise-food-party with jubla-girls and in the evening my friend manu came over... sunday family brunch and family dinner... first time that i realized that i'm going in two days. and today pancake brunch and family barbecue :) my suitcase isn't too heavy yet and i'm happy to go to bed now.

the early bird catches the worm... 

i've already had some sad goodbyes. isn't easy for a year, and i hardly realize it anyway. i can't wait to go but i want to have a bit more time here! weird.

today's a funny day. almost all of my friends have to go to school. and i went to bed yesterday without a bad feeling about not learning during the whole summer holidays. and i went to bed later than i would have gone if i had school today. 

nobody told me that i don't have to go to school just because i am going to england later than school begins, i just assumed it. i think that's ok. so i have a chilled week :) pretty cool!

recognized something: title of my blog is wrong. i'm not in england yet. well, so sorry. 10 days and it will be right.

so... i set up a blog. i want to inform everybody in a easy way what i am doing in england during my exchange year. i don't expect anyone i don't know to read this blog, so i won't describe myself. what else... my design still sucks, i know. i'll put some pictures in as soon as i have some. oh, i'm writing this blog in english so i can see my progress. might be interesting. 

i'll fly to england in ten days or so, and i'm excited, and looking forward to see my guest family... first i'll spend 4 days in london to get to know the other exchange students from my exchange organization into and to do some sightseeing in london. i've never been to london before, i hope i'll like it. after these 4 days i'll take the train to tunbridge wells, where my guest family lives. tell you more about them when i've seen them. 

i'm not packing yet, but made some photocopies of important documents... and i'm thinking about what to put in my suitcase, but it really isn't easy for a year!
